The ARTLAB foundation announces the start of a one year experiential training workshop aimed at English speaking foreigners in Bulgaria.

The method of the group is the Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group therapy of J.L Moreno.

Who can join the group? – anyone, who is in search for self-growth and / or therapy.

The group will be held in the town of Veliko Tarnovo or Sofia, Bulgaria.

The group is interactive and supports: the expression of the personal potential, the development of social adaptability and individual integrity; it expands the richness of experiencing and coping with the different areas of life – incl. professional and private life, in working and dealing with groups and communities, as well as individually;
It develops our creativity and spontaneity in finding non-ordinary practical solutions, it also boosts the self-expression.

Psychodrama helps us expand our personal body-mind-soul horizons.

The sessions are being held in spirit of tolerance and empathy, with professional confidentiality.

The group will take place once a month for two days during weekend, for one year (ten weekends). At the end of it the participants will receive a certificate for 200 hours exeperiential group work. It will start with 8-12 participants.

The group leader, Dobrinka Valkova, is trained and certified as a psychodrama therapist. She runs other self-development and drama-based groups as well (http://www.artlaboratoria.blogspot.com/) and works individually as well. Her work is based on the expressive psycho-social practices. She is a member of the Bulgarian Association for Psychodrama and Group Therapy.
